Becca x Chrissy Teigan Glow Face Palette Review:

Oh, the Becca x Chrissy Teigan Glow Face Palette ($46.00 for 0.53 oz.) is another makeup must have glamour babes.

Her palette is drop dead gorgeous! It creates the perfect sun-kissed glow.

The palette includes two highlighters, a blush, and bronzer that comes housed in a slim, somewhat large square shaped compact. Travel friendly approved!

Rose Gold is a warm pinkish golden copper.Hibiscus Bloom is a vibrant watermelon pinkMalibu Soliel is a medium fawn tan. I love using this shade to contour my cheekbones as I blend the other shades into each other.Peach Nectar is a soft peachy coral. All of the shades intertwine beautifully, and add a lovely touch of warmth to your complexion. I believe this would be an excellent palette to have around for the fall. I do get a little pale, so warmth is something I look for to create a healthy dose of radiance.

The finely milled formula is lightweight, smooth textured, blendable, buildable, highly pigmented, comfortable to wear, easy to apply, long lasting, flatters all skin tones, and sets in a satin/pearlized finish.

The highlighters, blush, and bronzer lasted close to 9 hours before fully fading away, leaving only a soft shimmer on my cheeks. I don’t mind rocking a bit of glitz and glam by the end of night, and neither will you!

The Becca x Chrissy Teigan Glow Face Palette is limited edition, but is still available at Sephora, Becca Cosmetics, Ulta Beauty, and

Don’t second guess yourself, buy the palette if you haven’t already.

She’s a keeper.

Stay beautiful! Xo.

Pixi Palette Rosette Review:

Pixi’s Palette Rosette Rosy Radiance Kit ($28) has everything to get you flawless for the holidays in five glamour babes! Or in my case, a bit longer than five. I’m going to blame it on the three coats of mascara I apply, lol! Eight Eye shadow Shades, three brow shades, three face shades, and a duo applicator is what makes up this kit. Talk about a great deal for $28, am I right?!Glow au naturale with some all over glow, add blush to the apples of your cheeks for a flush of color, dress it up or play it down for a smoooookin eye look. Use the brow hues, highlight powder and enhancing contour (can be used as a bronzer too!) to create a fierce set of brows and compliment your features in the process, or do it all! There’s no wrong way to go about it when using Pixi’s Rosette Palette. That is why I love it so! The Ultra thin sleek design makes this totally travel friendly too. Slip it into any bag and you’re good to go! Lets take a closer peek at these wonderful slab of colors, shall we?!

Highlights- pink, gold, and white.
Day Lid and Night Lid- champagne gold and deep plum
Eye Contours- shimmery taupe, olive, and chocolate matte
Brow Hues- blonde, brunette, black
All over glow- shimmering baby pink, Cheek blush- shimmering rosy pink, Enhancing contour- medium fawn. The formula is great. Non streaky, lightweight, all have silky smooth textures, are finely milled (minimal kickback), blendable, and nicely pigmented. Except for the brow hues which are buildable, and highlighters. Those three illuminators may not show up on darker skin tones as they would on fairer complexions. If you’re not a fan of shimmer not to worry. The highlighters, blush, all over glow, and shadows contain no glitter, they’re more pearlized, almost all of Petra’s creations are. The fall shades of rose, cream, and taupe carried in this palette has really brought warmth to my complexion, depth to my eyes, and has noticeably defined my features softly when contouring.

Pixi’s Palette Rosette Kit is definitely going to be a keeper for me. I’m going to be naughty and not share mine, but a few more will be purchased as Christmas gifts for friends and family making me partially nice….. right? Lol. Get the gift that keeps on giving at pixibeauty and

Stay beautiful! Xo.

E.L.F Total Face Palette (soft & subtle) Review:

This review goes out to all the beautiful mothers and mommies to be, so get out you’re wallets hubbies (I promise I won’t break your bank…..maybe lol!) and show your makeup junkie mama’s some love this Mother’s Day (Sunday May 8th….hint, hint) with E.L.F.’s Beautifully Bare Total Face Palette in Soft & Subtle ($8.00). I know that this palette has been out for awhile but I’ve been meaning to review it and my apologies for not getting to it sooner, everyday life calls ?.

Like all of E.L.F.’s palettes that I own this one is a makeup must have as well if you love blush and highlighters just as much as I do. This three-in-one total face palette comes with a matte bronzer (soft tan), shimmery highlighter (silvery champagne), and two matte blushes (peach and soft pink) along with a full size mirror.

The shades in this compact literally give skin soft and subtle color.

They are not as highly pigmented as E.L.F.’s blush palette or illuminating palette if intensity is desired. The formula is lightweight and silky creating many flawless looks and here’s how! To slim down areas, such as the hollows of your cheekbones, beneath the tip of the nose, the sides of your nose, or along the jawline. Using the bronzer shade will help shape and enhance facial structure creating subtle definition. To compliment and illuminate areas on the face use the highlighting shade on the top of your cheekbones, below the brow bone, Cupid’s bow, and temples. Apply the peach or pink blush for a pretty flush of color. I played around with the highlighter and peach blush in this photo for some subdued color and glow on my skin.

How great is this palette of fun starting to sound dads?! Come on, don’t be shy to admit it just because you’re a guy. This palette is sounding pretty great or should I say rocks for $8 bucks?! Riiiiiiiiiight?! But I’m not finished lol. All of E.L.F.’s makeup palettes are completely customizable including this one. All you do is pop out one of the squares like so and you can add whatever concealer, foundation, blush, or highlighter that tickles your fancy from any of the E.L.F. Palettes that you may or may not own just yet ?.

The color payoff lasts about 5 hours before fully fading. This does not cause breakouts, clog pores, and works for all skin types (and all skin tones too if a softer complexion is preferred), which is a huge perk for us oily skinned goils. The perfect Mother’s Day gift is glowing to look sooooo good on you glamour mama’s! Stay beautiful, xo.

E.L.F. Cosmetics Illuminating Palette Review:

Happy New Year Glamour Babes!!! I hope you boys and gals are having a wonderful 2016 so far. I know E.L.F’s Illuminating Palette ($6) has been out for quite sometime, but in my defense it was once a “limited edition” item and I wasn’t able to get my hands on it when I wanted to since I failed to stalk the website frequently. Don’t you just love when life gets in the way of important matters like this (smh ?)?!

Well, the good news is I was able to purchase this gem of a palette online last month after the hype died down and I am super excited like I always am to share the deets with you! As we all know E.L.F. designed their palettes (contour, foundation, blush, concealer, and illuminating) to be customizable which I totes love.

You can pop out any of the quads and add just a little bit of everything to your palette and you’re good to go. The full size mirrors that are included are always a perk too because this gurl loves to get her flawless face on evenly and precisely, and watching what I am doing doesn’t seem to hurt either. These types of palettes can be super convenient for me as I am sure they would be for you, seeing at times I can always be on the go and I don’t feel like dragging my entire makeup case with me. Trust me, makeup can become heavy on the shoulders if your an addict like me and want to tote around your whole makeup hoard LOL! Okay, so now that I got the palette covered let’s talk about the quad of highlighters E.L.F. has created for us so beautifully. Inside you will find four illuminating color’s; champagne, peach, pink, and a fawn bronze.

They are finally milled (Warning: Produces some kickback), lightweight, and apply super sheer with not a lot of shimmer. Each one produces a soft and subtle glow giving skin an incandescent effect with a subtle hint of color. This illuminating palette is perfect for my skin during the winter months. Proof below 🙂

The winter can drain every bit of my complexion out of me and I’m fair skinned as it is! No thank you, I wish not to look like Wednesday Addams 6 months out of the year lol. The color payoff lasts fairly long, roughly about 6 hours and works well for all skin types especially if you lean towards the oily side (does not clog pores). I love the way each illuminating powder sets and leaves a dewy look as the day goes on. Not to mention the E.L.F Illuminating Palette is an exact dupe of Hourglasses Ambient Lighting Palette that will run you about $54. I numbered the highlighting powders below that replicate each shade perfectly.

So do yourself a favor and save the extra $48 and pick this cruelty-free palette up if you haven’t already. Stay beautiful! Xo.
